Booking Guidelines…

Arrival is 4pm onwards, departure is 11am, we may be able to alter these times depending on other bookings.

Pricing includes bed and full Devon Breakfast for up to 2 people.

We offer a single occupancy discount of £15 a night for 2 nights or more.  (1 night stays £5 inclusive discount)

There is a £10 surcharge for 1 night stays.

Our terms are payment in full at the time of booking.  We will confirm bookings on receipt of payment.

Once your required booking has been confirmed as available, we will ask you to pay by sending a cheque or pay securely online by credit/debit card or Paypal using the link on this page.

Haye Farm Terms and conditions

We try to run the B & B on an as informal basis as possible, however to make life easier for everyone it has become necessary to set out a few T’s & C’s so that everyone knows where they stand.

Payment: Is required in full at the time of booking.  Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.  Please see our cancellation policy below for details on refunds.

Arrival: We ask you to arrive 4pm or after. Earlier arrival is by prior arrangement.  Please phone or email an approximate arrival time, so that we can make sure we are here for your arrival.

Departure: Please vacate your room by 11.00am. (We can be flexible if the room is unoccupied the night after you leave.)

Cancellation policy: From the time of booking to 6 weeks before your visit, we will refund 90% of your payment if you need to cancel, regardless of the reason. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, no refund will be given unless the cancellation is down to us, in which case a full refund will be given - this being the limit of our liability.

We would strongly advise anyone booking accommodation at Haye Farm to take out travel insurance that includes a cancellation provision.  This is inexpensive to do and can save a lot of heartache.

Smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed in the farmhouse. We can provide ashtrays if guests wish to smoke outside.
