Haye Farm is a picturesque small working farm providing bed and breakfast accommodation, livestock farming and meat sales.  Situated close to River Cottage HQ in the village of Musbury, near Axminster, Devon, it is an ideal base from which to enjoy Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coastline as well as the East Devon villages of Beer and Branscombe - not forgetting the River Cottage Canteen in Axminster.

Haye Farm is an 18th century farmhouse steeped in character and original features surrounded by 70 acres of farmland.  Our bed and breakfast guests can choose between a double bedroom with ensuite in the main cottage overlooking the courtyard or a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and kitchen/sitting area in an adjacent cottage with views towards the Axe Valley.

Musbury is set in East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a superb destination all year round.  We welcome couples looking to get away from it all or wanting somewhereto stay close to River Cottage HQ (seven minute’s drive away).

Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and to inspect our Red Rubies – North Devon Cattle, our Oxford Sandy and Black pigs and free range chickens.

We are able to offer for sale sausages, eggs, steaks, chops, ham, bacon, turkey and other home grown produce to our guests and by mail order.
